I quit taco bell a bit after a month because I felt like I was being bullied

Started off great got praise from my boss and a few managers and coworkers for being good on drive thru. Customers even liked me and I was happy until I began getting targeted by 2 people. Im 29 years old for context and one person who always gave me grief was a know it all little highschool kid. They were a transman and I was excited because I'm trans myself and was happy to have a coworker like me. Wrong. They were always talking down to me making me look stupid or giving me a hardtime for doing things how I was trained. They were supposed to be helping me serve customers but would always wander off leaving me to struggle. You try doing the entirety of drive thru, front counter, help wth kiosks, package orders, take care of the lobby and make drinks all by yourself during a dinner rush.

The other person was a manager who always barked at me over everything. Nobody told me we had to drop $50s or higher into the safe upon receiving them. She was like you don't have change in the drawer for that. I said I do have enough and when I was dropping the money into the safe she barked at me to cash out the person up front, i said im dropping the money because you told me to im aware someone is up front i can't abandon cash management. When it's slow we usually sweep the line or touch up the lobby. I was asked to sweep the line by the assistant store manager. Manager barked at me to stay up front at all times. I said i was asked to sweep and luckily the assistant store manager backed me up on this.

What really upset me was our drive thru was down because of cement work and everyone was coming indoors. I was constantly left alone to run the entire front of house while know it all kid chatted with people in the back. I was trained that for mobile orders if the customer is present we don't have to seal them, know it all saw me handing them out uunsealed and berated me for that. I said I was trained to not seal them if theyre present. They kept trying to fight me on it. I threatened to go home to leave them solo and asked of that's what they are wanting. They left me alone. What really upset me was everything i did was wrong or I was given conflicting directions. Barking manager yelled at me to stay up front but because i kept getting abandoned by know it all i had to keep running around to make drinks or bump orders off screen or package them. Id quit doing all that then i would get a hey bag that up or make that freeze. I felt like I was constantly being set up to fail or get pounced on by those two that night.

Unfortunately this is how those two treated me since day 1 of meeting them. I quit because im not going to get bullied and treated like a fool by them. I went home and cried. I work hard and thought I was doing great only to be torn down by them each time they could find a way. I actually liked the job and the customer's were decent but I couldn't do it anymore. Im not going to subject myself to that.

Be sure to write all of that down and send it to the manager of your former manager. You may find those two employees gone and your job restored once they see how terrible everything goes when you are away.
You sound awesome by the way. Keep the faith.
