At work unfortunately

A caller said her house burned down with all of her documents inside it. She has no ID, no Birth Certificate, no passport, etc. "But I have a cruise on Sunday!!! I need a new passport!"

If her house actually burned down with everything in it and she is asking for a passport to go on a cruise, you don't need Columbo to tell you she's probably committing insurance fraud or arson and needs a passport to escape extradition or hide in some foreign place. That or she's a pathological liar.
