Thank you guys. It took me so long to gain clarity and I still don't have it fully, but...
I wrote to my employer how I could stay part-time until the end of the month for 10 more days, and until then I would have clarity regarding my art project.
But I too wrote how, I think it is better if he invests in the new employees that he has now and if the waiting seems inconvenient, I can go now.
So I let him reply. I feel better like that. Like I tell him how I like the job, I prioritize my art project, but I still do not let him without any help, in case he needs me for a little longer.
But by asking for part time, money would be less, but also I will have energy left to do a thing or two other than work.
I worked on my art project too for long, but I am not yet happy with it, the title, the context needs editing. I am pricing it again lower than what I want, and it still feels a lot to the municipality. Because they count it per hour work, but for me it's been years that my concept is building up you know... It feels underpaid, but I feel that if I put the price that I want, it won't be suitable for the local island municipality and that then I would need to find my own sponsors - which I would, if there was more time.
Perhaps it is a learning opportunity, as I am slowly growing. Perhaps around 42, which is the Universe's answer, I will finally be paid right. 4 more years to go ;)
What a blessed time this is and what a great day am I having......................... All the blessings in the world... I will go to the Sea, to walk barefoot in its waters and thank IT.
