Ok y'all, I know I be griping about this certain case all the time
but I've thought long & hard about it & I sent the office a proposition...
I will take this case 4 days a week (because I have a couple other clients that I have to consider as well) IF my provisions are met.
The first on my list is that the family deep clean the house & I'm talking shampoo carpets & furniture because the smell is absolutely indescribable. And there are some more things on my list, nothing unattainable- like keep the supplies stocked, don't wait til there is one purewick left, then decide to order more ffs...
Because no matter how upset I get out there, I just can't turn my back on these people. 🥺
