All day, every day, they are vibe coding to relieve themselves of anything that feels like work, and they are making BASIC mistakes all over the joint. They don't even know it's a problem, because the AI gave them an answer and therefore it must be the best one, and they take four times longer to learn anything about backend processes because they're autopiloting their way through every day with prompts. Raise the issue with them and they'll act like working a company is a dead end so why put in any effort, donchaknow they are about to be huge on social media. it's like they are addicted to the short cut
