I can't stand two-faced coworkers

We always have a three person closing Squad. One driver does the front one driver does the back manager helps them both. Last night no dishes got touched between 7:30 and midnight because everybody got sent home. I did all the dishes while the manager helped the other person do up front. When the person up front got done manager went and sat in the office and watch TV while I did dishes by myself. She told me she doesn't like how I do dishes so she refuses to help me. GM comes in today and says why was everybody here so late. Her and the other driver look at me and say because he's too slow. Meanwhile they were both so nice to my face and told me what a good job I did and how much they appreciate me and turn around and do that
