Y'all I love my job, I really do

BUT I have finally met the client I absolutely cannot handle. Everything about the woman I had the past three days is LOUD. Like OMGAAAAHHHHHH I was almost in tears when I left her each day.
She has a loud voice & kept the tv volume as loud as it would go and then would talk over it, she stomps when she walks, she almost screams when she coughs, she even makes noise when she eats.
She is sweet and funny but the noise, I can't do all that noise.
I slept like a log last night knowing my time with her was up and I had to tell my boss not to ever send me there again.
I only decline a shift if my calendar is full but that is one I'll decline for sure, even if I'm wide open.
I'm sorry 🥺

You know, there are noise cancelling headsets you can get. Those loud noises then sound like a breeze in the trees; almost pleasant 😂

@Stephie I almost did. I had her for four hours, three days a week & I was a wreck. She was so funny & so kind but I just can't handle all that noise 😔
I don't think I could handle that either.

I'm sorry, some people are harder to be around. When I took my classes, one of the trainers described having a patient just like that. She said "It takes nerves of steel"

Maybe she has trouble hearing and that is why everything has to be loud?

You did what is best for you, you don`t need to be stressed like that.
