I had to say NO at work even though I was needed because the person missed three chances of me offering that help

People really think I have unlimited time and resources.

How difficult it is to pick up the phone and cancel an appointment so I can tend to the next person , or to myself.

I feel guilty saying No, but I need people to treat me according to my own ethical standards.

I deserve better.
