How many people does a person in your field of work gets assigned with in the norm? Curious. And what field is it if I may ask?

@Casheyane We actually accept or decline shifts, some are ongoing, some are random, it's whatever you can handle. All of mine are my regulars. And I work for Home Instead to help elderly/disabled people stay in their homes.
