when I was a telemarketer

I used to work for University of Michigan telefund when I was attending school there in my late teens. It was basically a telemarketing job for you to call alumni of the school and ask them to donate to the school 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄.

I would just bring this big manual on Java programming and read that while I was on the phone.

I would let it ring through this call list that was pre programmed and as soon as it rang I'd just hang up immediately to keep reading my book.

I did this for 3 summers. 🤷‍♂

I had to quit the job on the last summer though because they started saying if we didn't collect a certain amount of money from donors then we were canned anyways.

So I just quit on my own and went to go work as a dish washer at the cafeteria.

Yup.

Wow I used to just do some stocking work but not long.
@Lsreading4200 stocking work wasnt a bad job back when I was that age, I think I would have ranked that above dishwashing
