making the most retarded suggestions about how to make our products. These people are several levels over me at my organization too. They are old farts going around saying things like, "well I have been working here since the big bang so therefore I am infallible".

Now I realize that I don't need to question my abilities anymore. I am a solid contributor.

Because if I can see the errors in someone with that much experience then clearly I can do my job well.
