Does anyone else suspect this?

So I've been working all my life and still do, nights. But the older I get it seems we were born to work, and it also seems like everything else in life fails but work is always there and is done successfully. This is sort of an insult to my being. We work, get days off to anticipate work, and even on workdays our time off anticipates work, done for 2 grueling weeks and then time come payday it's gone in a day or 2 just paying someone else for permission to exist. I feel like we are being scammed actually. Laboring to make money to give to someone else for permission to stay alive. This puts a real stress on outlook. I've tried being proactive and saying I get to instead of have to, but that's just a mask, or forced enjoyment of the unenjoyable. It doesn't work (no pun intended). Sometimes I wonder if we are all slaves in a big plantation divided into 50 camps.

My late dad always told me to just work hard and do good. Well I've worked hard and done good for so long now but still at the bottom. I've been punctual, solid and consistent but it's always the lazy guy who gets promoted. Why not me? I noticed that everywhere I've worked it has been that way.

Then we have the IRS. They take taxes from us, which many get back each year, but if you don't file then they keep what they took, you don't get anything back and then they put you on a failure to comply list, which proves it isn't about money, but instead its about control. We live under threat of prosecution and jail/prison for just about anything, and now Orange man signs orders to put the homeless in labor camps, asylums/institutions which further proves he doesn't want to clean up anything. He just wants to force every being to feed the beast, the machine. And that suggests to me that the US is nothing more than a huge greedy beast and we are little motors pumping into an insatiable monster.

In a nutshell...............this is the life condition for the 99% of us that is spelled out completely as the going forward goal of Project 2025. The rich get richer........no taxes for the rich ever makes sure of that...........and the gov keeps taking away from the poor........medical insurance, SNAP for food........child care tax credits..........ANYTHING that will benefits or profit us or make our lives easier. This is so we constantly stay poor........dependent on the rich for jobs.......and that poverty and always in need forces us to work..........for whatever pay and taxes the billionaire ruling class chooses to give us.

We will eventually under Project 2025 turn into a two class system......no longer will a middle class exist.......only poor workers who can never afford to stop working for pennies because we have no choice with medical and social security gone............and billionaires at the top taking all of the profits.

@HoLeeFuk So what if everyone quit their jobs on the same day and stopped paying bills (which is unlikely to ever happen), wouldn't it crush the elite and bring them to their knees?

@Worldreject Never work. In school did you ever decide as a class let's ALL just don't do our homework because we get too much of it? There is always be ONE who does their homework...........then the rest of you get F's.

What you suggest never works. About 40% of our society live paycheck to paycheck now. If just one week comes along with no pay..........their families suffer.....and it they get fired........then they are screwed. And bosses know this is the case.
