A sunny day but only nine degrees Celsius
I’m in work, but I’m finishing near noon so I can get to an appointment 📆. I chose to wear a dress today with hold ups to keep my legs warm. We have achieved the transformation in the office that we had been working on, so my area of responsibility has grown. With my pregnancy I have appointed a deputy from my managers to cover my maternity period. We will begin her training on Monday.
Chiara was much happier when I saw her leave for school this morning. Edoardo is going to be back today from Naples. He has had a lot to do with his visit there. His father’s company has a small office in Rome, but they are going to be enlarging this, and Edoardo will be there more, which is good news with my pregnancy.
Next week he is away until Wednesday and on Thursday he will formally adopt Chiara. She’s pretty excited about it! To finally have a Papa officially is really exciting her.
