I had lentils' soup, mashed potatoes, two cups of almond milk, chicken, orange juice and two eggs,

All for breakfast. I had to eat lot because I won't have any time at work. Wish me strength for the next 24+ hours 🙏🏻

there's got to be a way to work in smaller meals over that period of time though, more like your body expects it 🤗
