All businesses have to focus on progressing in their markets or in developing their team members, and we have a transition going on that was put before the board by our owners in Zurich and we have been discussing the motivation in the group, trying to glean some ideas or facts about where the rest of the group is going.
Statistics are very important and relevant to our deliberations and we have been commissioning various studies to help identify strategies for the future of our business. As we are the department with access to information that might be pertinent to our making decisions that will make sure we have the staff we need, we have prepared these strategies without fear or favour.
The business was struggling before the group in Switzerland 🇨🇭 showed any interest in taking us on and developing our model for other companies in the group. We have a sister company in Sofia in Bulgaria 🇧🇬 that we have a chance of going to view physically, as a developing entity that is very interesting.
