Got hurt at work

We took some individuals out for an outing in the community and when we were getting ready to load up one individual didn’t listen and fell backwards out of the van. I not thinking caught them with one arm and held while other staff helped stabilize. Now my shoulder and neck are killing me. I wouldn’t change a thing though
