I love it when I see jobs listing a bachelor's degree as a plus or a requirement

Job listings that offer low pay but have high qualification demands - those are not actual job offerings. It is companies just trying to see what kind of responses they get.

EDIT - Like seeing just how little they might be able to get away with paying someone.

Realistically, a job offering 12 an hour is going to attract those with no qualifications or kids fresh out of high school.

Those are bogus jobs or one that is being held for a buddy. If you do have a degree and experience HR is scared.
