Do we need to get him tested for all the things he claimed was wrong with biden.

It's "fake news"
I wouldn't want anyone being a "nurse" without going the formal education system. Because it is a professional role that needs a certificate to ensure the person is fit to care appropriately and understands the medicines, body and effects etc.
