Have you ever been asked to step in to cover for someone else’s lack of accountability at work?

Seems like it’s happening everywhere.

Yes, for my old Madame. She would run both a brothel and the street girls. Whilst most on the streets have reliable, there had been the odd one that wasn't. So, 'encouraged' rather than 'forced' from the brothel stable to join the street girls, for a night or two, to add to their 'street presence', if that makes sense.

More girls working for a Madame on the street, more percentage of revenue to collect...as well as safety in numbers.

Being good at my job meant that I did that. Never liked it. Don't like being 'seen' working in the profession. But I did it.

Meanwhile the lazy one would get kicked to the curb.
