I love my job but ….maybe it’s time to leave :(.

I’m felling extra sensitive today. I am overwhelmed with so much I just broke down and started crying with the IT person at work.
So many awful changes I am ready to leave. It’s hard I have made this place my career and I love what I do I just hate all the nonsense we are dealing with now. My heart is just broken.

Oh nooo.
I went through something similar that started about 4 years ago. New President trying to tske the company in a new direction. He just realized that it was a complete failure, throwing away 20% of the companies sales because of a lower margin than he wanted.
Now he wants the sales team to go back after the business he threw away and the company worked for 20 years to develop.
