Has anyone here been laid off due to Government Shutdown??

Several times in my federal career.

I am furloughed right now, in fact.

I am not worried, since we automatically get paid when they reopen, even for not doing work (but we are not allowed to do any work now, even for free).

I am more worried about possible reductions in force over the next few months.

I really feel for those affected

Yes, the best to all those affected.

Not that I know of but the lord works in mysterious ways.
