Nowhere, I guess. There's only two fiscal models:
- 💶 The elites get a tax cut, the state taxes everyone else more in order to afford it
- 💵 The elites get a tax cut, the state cuts essential services in order to afford it. You get to pay for everything out of your pocket (to the very elites that get tax cuts), ending up generally worse off than in scenario one

@CrazyMusicLover Eh, I can't really think of any system that ultimately doesn't fall into the two categories above. If there was a country that let you have a greater purchase power, everyone would be moving to there.
