I still can't get over my previous place of work and how it ended.

I got talked down to by a coworker and when I stood up for myself everybody acted like I was being belligerent when I was literally just talking, then I was told by managers that I do nothing around there when in reality the guy who was talking down to me in the first place was treated like a God and did NOTHING. It was even on the employee records. Nothing.

I really should have filed for unemployment but I just didn't have the faith that anyone would give it to me, based on how I was already treated.

I saw that same guy driving a new Acura recently. I shouldn't be mad about it. I shouldn't. It's petty. But damn, all the work I put into that place, and the slack I picked up for people like him who just didn't wanna work, and I was treated like a damn trash bag. And they're all doing fine now. And I'm struggling to make ends meet. Fuck that place.
