So today I had to cover a call out

and sit with a man with early dementia. He loves to walk. And walk. And walk. And of course he rambles and I could tell by listening to him that he's a very intelligent man. His wife came in to see him and I got to talking with her and come to find out, he was a Sociology professor at Rutgers University! And now he's just lost. 😔

Yup. Runs in my family, so if I live long enough I am not letting it take me. I will come up with a solid exit plan

There is nothing worse than that, especially if you end up in some of these places that abuse you. I have seen some horrible things.

@GeistInTheMachine I actually worked on the Alzhiemer's\Dementia unit in a nursing home... it's a truly sad sight..
