When I'm cleaning for my clients

I see Martha's little things in the kitchen window & Dan's tools and the gas grill, the patio table & chairs, Dan's office full of papers and pens, etc, and now neither of them can do anything at all.
Things have rusted and broken down and it's just so sad.

Time and age can be so cruel.

@Degbeme It breaks my heart. Dan is asleep right now & Martha is still in rehab so I'm just quietly looking around and imagining how they once were 🥺

@Tumbleweed In a way do understand what you`re saying. I saw it with my mother. She was always knitting, crocheting or sewing. Then her eyes began to fail and the cancer took over.

@Degbeme I saw it with both of my parents.
It really sucks to see someones independence slowly chip away.
