They are just feigning it and trying their best not to show any aptitude for their actions, so they don't have to give it 100%.
And believe me, you people who might not have seen such behavior and are saying "No way". I was a heavily circulated core trainer at the factory where I worked. I did a lot of personal training in my 18 years there.
You can tell who is really trying, half assed trying, or not trying at all. If it is due to disabilities, whether it's a mental or physical ability. Some are just there to socialize and can't work and talk simultaneously.
But yeah, I agree 100% @
