Call center metric write ups

Have you ever had multiple write ups leading to a final in more than one metric section. I have one with two write ups and one section with a final written. How did you cope if you’ve had a final or more than one final??



I’m trying to beat this thing and keep my job bc I actually love what I do. Management has changed is all.
