Are they not cleaning the boxes or the cats not using them?
If it’s the latter, they gotta clean with enzyme cleaner all the spots the cats are going. It’s the only thing that works.

@SwampFlower The people who own the cats physically cannot change the box so the aides do it but the smell never leaves the house.

@Tumbleweed See if you can find Angry Orange and clean the whole area where the boxes are. Wash out the boxes with it too, every other litter change. If that doesn’t help at all, you might need to replace the boxes or check that they aren’t peeing outside of it somewhere

@Tumbleweed There’s also scented baking soda you can add to the litter between changes/during scoops that will help absorb the smell.
