The last bit of my energy just been spent killing a roach at work.

Those flying roaches from the forest have creeped into urban areas apparently.

No one believed me when I told them I am hearing little sounds I suspect there is a lizard or a roach.

The room had four beds and a lot of equipment so I had to push so much stuff. A guy helped. He doesn't even work here. I finally found him. Disgusting and big and got wings and kept running away.

It is a he because all roaches are male.

The guy killed him and now we are chilling outside because I am in pain. My stomach hurts from the stress.

It's 7.21 a.m and I am ready to go back home to sleep.

Well done for catching it. We had cockroaches in one lab I workd in. I was always first in and when I turned the lights on I could hear them scuttling away. I tried to catch them, but was too slow. The pest control person told me not to stamp on them, as I could spread them on my shoes, via the ootheca. Not sure how likely that was, but I left it to the professionals.

@Miram Yes. They are less common here than some countries, but still a problem. The labwe had them in had previously been the animal house and was a sort of temporary incubator unit. It was filthy.

@StygianKohlrabi No idea which is why not doing it is wise.
