Forget this. Find someone who likes and appreciates you.

@Zonuss we like each other as friends but not going out of my way. She was in my town tonight and i said sometime stop over. Didnt seem like she wanted to. Weve been friends for 3 yrs. I ask her to meet for dinner. But she never has time. ( 4 me )
If she donated $100 where would that money go? If she doesn't like the step daughter, then that explains it.
Not a nice thing to do, but people are entitled to their opinions. I wouldn't think too much about it, it will only mess up your head.

@Enonnannej Money is only for the living. Honestly I never understand why people do a gofundme page when someone dies. Messing with peoples hearts and wallets and causing rifts like the one you are trying to explain here. You are mad at her because she didn't donate money to the step daughter. yeesh.

@JamesBugman the money goes to a college fund account for our grand daughter who is 8 years old.
She lost her dad to drugs.

@JamesBugman hi there. No i am not mad at her for not donating. The gofundme page is not for my step daughter. Its for my husbands grand child who is 8, lost her dad and her mom cant afford college sooooo all i was saying the page i heard needed a responsible adult. Someone not old but younger than me or my husband. Someone to set up the accounts online. Its not for my 35 yr old step daughter. A college fund. I did not ask my friend to donate. She volunteered info and said it was bc she knew my step D . Treated me like crap and that was why she wasnt donating .. something that was petty. I am just saying a good friend doesnt say shit like that. It hurts. But she did donate today for someone else that lost their parents. Im still friends at work with her .

I think she can walk into that service alone. Ya id be a liitle hurt also.
Enonnannej · 46-50, F
@Eddiesolds My step daughter is responsible and i was glad she was put in charge vs the babies mom. I just think that was a shitty thing to tell a friend( me ) and why take it out on a kid ? The donation was for the kid not step daughter.
She will be walking in alone since i will be walking in with my husband.
Thank you for your comment

That's no friend.
Enonnannej · 46-50, F
@BuzzedLightyear i agree but i work with her and its harder to be angry and sad all the time sooo i keep peace and we talk still. I dont really go out of my way tho

Why is ANYBODY obligated to donate ?
pdockal · 56-60, M
@Enonnannej
I never questioned the asking for donations
I can love somebody & not like they're step family ... that's not unreasonable
What world do you live in that people are reserved during emotional times ?
Maybe you should follow your own advice
