Just got back from my orientation. Three new hires & I'm the only one who showed up.
So two people cost the agency all that money for background checks as well as four reference checks per person. SMH

@come2gether And the agency even gives you a second chance to back out before they do the reference checks because it costs them

@come2gether I have one I do private, one through a different agency and now I'm hired with this new agency as well.
