What do you do when things blow up in your face?
Take cover for a bit and then start again I guess or start a new life.

@Notladylike sorry I couldn't resist. I own it, admit fault, learn from it, and try to make it so I can't make the same mistakes again that caused things to blow up in my face.
@Turtlepower Yeah I did that, apologised and named that I wished I could undo it. I can’t. I hate feeling that people have lost faith in me.

@Turtlepower Me too. I don’t agree that I did the wrong thing I think people were emotionally reactive when they didn’t need to be. However I’m trying to be a good leader and take the feedback on. It’s a delicate balance.

@Notladylike It's true. Sadly, perception is reality and the only way to move past it is to acknowledge their feelings and agree if you don't actually agree. That is leadership for sure
