I drive blind people to appointments. It is a volunteer situation, just get paid mileage. They’re all nice and all appreciative.

@Sevendays That's awesome!!! Mine lost his wife several years ago, he's diabetic, blind & on dialysis & is the friendliest, most positive person ever. This is what I picked up from just a few hours with him.

@Tumbleweed I drive a number of them, all different situations. One lost his wife AND has a severely disabled daughter. He still remains positive.

@Sevendays It makes me more thankful for what I have and less apt to complain about what goes wrong in my life. Things can alway be worse.
