Tweeking?
SomeMichGuy · M
@KarenKC Having nervous tics like you had too much caffeine, etc. There was a character on South Park named Tweek who did this.
KarenKC · 56-60, F
@SomeMichGuy Never heard of the word or the character. I wondered if it was a typo for something else.
SomeMichGuy · M
@KarenKC Well, you can look it up, but one does not "twerk" with one's face. lol
KarenKC · 56-60, F
@SomeMichGuy Was it a typo for "twerking"? I don't see how "twerk" and "tweek" are in anyway related.
SomeMichGuy · M
@KarenKC No, that's not what I wrote.
KarenKC · 56-60, F
@SomeMichGuy Why did you bring "twerk" into it? What point were you trying to make?
SomeMichGuy · M
@KarenKC YOU said
The word which most readily came to mind was "twerk", which is "related" to "tweek" by a single change of letter, AND they happen to be adjacent on the QWERTYUIOP keyboard...
So it sounded as though you wondered if the person had mistyped "tweeking" for "twerking".

From the Wikipedia entry on South Park characters:
Tweek Tweak
Tweek Tweak is a fourth-grade student at South Park Elementary. He drinks lots of coffee, which is laced with methamphetamine, which causes him to be paranoid and have jittery muscle spasms.

@SomeMichGuy I was just guessing because I've never seen the word "tweek" before. Things like that don't readily come to my mind because I don't connect unrelated words just by changing a letter. I don't really think in terms of QWERTYUIOP either.
