@Notladylike I find that if you work on acting skills, there are courses online, it will be easier. Nothing wrong in creating a persona that can shelter your sweet self.
@Miram Most of my work personality is a mask 🫠🌻. After doing lots of things where I was recorded I found I’ve been able to improve. Just getting desensitised to it has helped.
