@Lilnonames My late ex fiancee's first husband got busted as a public flasher in the late 70's in the state of Delaware, apparently they didn't have the registry back then, because as soon as he got out of prison in the mid 70's, him, his brother, his sister, and her husband, all moved to Las Vegas thinking he'd be able to get a job as a barber out there, he went through school and got his licence shortly before he got arrested and sent to prison.
