Have you ever been reported to HR? What was the reason?

Way too often. I think some people have it out for me. In fact I know they do, cause I was on the verge of firing not too long ago. My supervisor, another supervisor and my manager were all conspiring to get rid of me. They kept it subtle so either no one noticed or no one cared.
