Do You Know Anyone Personally Has Been Told Their Job Will End Due To Cutbacks In Federal Spending?

I know one person who was told her job would end in September. She is a paralegal and should be able to get another job soon after.

my job was never secure over 24 year period working for defense company...when thought i was safe finally...POOF i was gone...kept all new college hires and those 65-70 retirement age. i was 45.
