Let me rant again about work for a moment

The guys up in corporate HQ want to keep accepting these ridiculous food catering (350 something box lunch) orders but they don't want to send anyone over to help us.

It leaves our current staff spread too thin across the catering and normal food business in the day. Except today was not normal because of Valentine's day. I've got a screen with 30+ tickets on it for the lobby alone, each of which has up to a half an hour wait on it (on a regular day the wait would be under 10 minutes) and guests are getting mad. This is a juggling act going on for five hours on end

@SpiritSkye they used to help us but stopped for whatever reason.
@caPnAhab Cooking on call for many people must be so nerve wracking. I love to cook but that would make me nervous.

@SpiritSkye I'm sure anyone that's worked in food service would understand. You seem to get it too.

I don't think those big wigs at HQ get it. They probably sit in office chairs all day, counting numbers
