Kids these days coming up in the work force give the younger generations a bad reputation in the job market with laziness & immaturity & childishness

Where I work, everyone wants to get ahead and there is opportunity for them to do so. Most of the young ones do work hard and have done better than me. I think some workplaces are a stepping stone in their career, and often, they are expected to work hard for nowt.

Kids now a day have way to many options. If i was to do it all again would have went into business for myself not got a coperate job.

If employers want a good work ethic from their employees they will have to lead by example, and pay a decent wage.

Any shit the young are doing, they learnt from the disappointments of the old.

The other day you were talking about how effed up the world is. Maybe they feel the same and they don't want to try anymore.

Pay them see if that won't jolt them a bit

Maybe they've figured out there is no point in working hard just to make someone richer.
