Should I quit my job? I really need helpful insights

My workmates are really fun to be with and nice. However, I was diagnosed with lower respiratory tract infection and request to my boss if I could take a rest from going on field work but I can still work at the office. She disagreed and even gave me the two field work of my coworker who is not in good terms with her.

After yesterday's field work, I wasn't able to sleep because I can't breathe. And I have another field work tomorrow that wasn’t supposed to be mine. Should I past a resignation letter on Monday?

If they can’t provide you with sick leave , you should definitely quit. You can find another job, but your life is only one.

And you're even thinking about it? You reached our for help to management, and they punish you with more of the unwanted and frankly, not able to do it because of health reasons?
Immediately quit. No work is worth your health.
Your health is more important and if your job has an HR department I'd contact it

Don't get sicker . Resign, then talk to a lawyer.
@HobNoblin The boss has to do something illegal first, and if she resigns she won't have a case.
Ask your Dr for a work notice needing time off, the boss cannot go against it without getting into legal trouble.

@sugarpie Then take your medical leave, if the boss fire You, sue him.
