You wonder why you get such bad service from the government?

I work in a building built 100 years ago, we don’t have functioning AC and as a result we had to buy our own dehumidifier just to keep our printer working because otherwise the paper would melt.

We have asbestos being held back by two layers of lead paint covered by three layers of latex paint and yet…the walls leak when it rains.

We call it Possum Hollow because of all the dead possums in the walls.

When I worked for the [b]Department of Public Health[/ I almost died because no one there knew how to deal with abandoned buildings where they left the gas on.

Whats my point? When you wanna whine about taxes being too high or whatever just realize what most of us are working in day in and day out.

For you, for no reason but you. Even while you hate on us as and do nothing but complain.

Actually, government service for us hasn't been too bad at all.

@ChipmunkErnie That’s really fortunate I wish more people had that experience

@PalteseMalconFunch Most of them probably do: the main thing government does for most of us us providing roads, schools, police, etc.

@ChipmunkErnie Those are three things that don’t work here worth a damn 🤣
