They want me to do a better job when they're not doing a better job themselves.
My bay times are supposed to go down. Meaning I'm supposed to work on cars faster. So, when I walked into work 45 minutes ago, why did I have to move dozens of tires out of the way so I could pull a car in? Why did I have to wait until a bunch of people were done lining up to use the only few, working computers? Why did I have to refill some of our needed supplies? Why do I have to go on a hunt for the tools somebody misplaced that I need right now? If the supervisor is too busy to make sure that all of this is done before I come in, my bay times are not gonna go down. It's pretty simple.
