I really think working in food service is bad for your brain

In nearly seven years at my job I finally blew up the other day. I'm not sure I want to be the calm guy anymore

@caPnAhab I had no choice but to get out of food service, it made me absolutely miserable. People are so rude and needy and inconsiderate and in a hurry. People are just exhausting. I left and got a factory job and I'm very content now.

@Tumbleweed I'm not a people person at all. So thankfully my contact with customers is limited, being that I work the kitchen

Interesting. What do you do in a factory?

@caPnAhab I'm not a people person myself so I never worked up front but still had to listen to them 🧐 I'm actually a press mechanic now & I love it!!
