What would you do? Take a $1 paycut or stay at a job my boss clearly wants me gone from?

I make $15.25 plus tips right now. I interviewed at a rival company today gotbthe job but the pay is $14 plus tips. They said if i do well enough with my loads of experience they'll bump me up. They seemed nice i got good vibes
