I hate making mistakes!😭

When I make even the smallest mistake I always end up beating myself up over it but I become embarrassed so I don’t even seem like I’m sorry even though I am. My coworkers tell me that mistakes happen and that they make them every day but they still end up kind of scolding me for it. Or at least that’s what it feels like. I’m a perfectionist and when I can’t do something or when I make a mistake, it crushes me!

I do the same thing too. I go into a mode where I feel inadequate and I get embarrassed to interact with coworkers. It means that we take our jobs with pride and do our best that we can.
