Troll post?

Okay what the helk is wrong with some people on here? I just read a post about a woman threatening to fire her employee for doing unpaid work that she asked others to volunteer for (which implies it's volunteered work by the fact that she asked other people and that it's non paid) Apparently the guy had to cancel his own wedding day for this. She kept saying it was his choice to do that but obviously if you're threatening to fire them over it, they don't really have a choice in the matter. I'm pretty sure you can't legally make someone work without paying them either. If she fires him, I'm also sure that he has a strong case for a law suit. As others suggested, I honestly think it was a troll post. She was laughing throughout her replies like a sociopath. She had many inconsistencies and holes all throughout that it was hard to believe anything she was saying. Oh she was also like "two other people said no and this other girl was too cute to fire." Like wth? lol The world is pretty messed up today so I won't put it passed it being real but this has to be a troll post.

I heard real life stories where people weren't paid by their employers or their employer didn't register them for social and healthcare insurance (which is obligatory in my country with full-time contract) which caused them problems but probably not big enough for them to bother with suing them, so these swines exist but I really doubt they would ever post about doing it on social media, let alone this clown that smells like catfish from miles away. Because...why? It was an obvious bait post with the intention to rile up people.
