My work is supposed to have a meeting about the new rules

They haven't yet but we know what the new rules are. I think it's going to be, if you mess up 3 times you're out. Welp, good luck finding new employees if you fire everyone for talking too much, or going to the bathroom more than once between break and lunch.

It's so stupid and it's so petty. The old owner wouldn't have implemented rules like this.

I hate strict jobs like this.
They treat people like robots.
Can talk or have any kind of fun at work.
Just slave your life away

@iamnikki it was never like this. After the original owner retired last year, he sold the business apparently to his nephew. They've made drastic changes and just recently implemented these new rules.
