Should i opt for a 4 day work week?

(4) 10-hour work days
Off on friday
(2) days work from home.

I balance running my businesses outside of my fulltime work responsibilities. I think this would give me a better worklife balance, but im wondering what your experiences are.

Mental health. If your job is draining you, opt for 4 days. You will feel more stable. If, however, it is a relatively easy on the nerves kind of job, keep the longer work hours for profit and save for your next business growth goal. All the best on this path! It is a bumpy road but sometimes you must just grab an opportunity! :)

@Busybee333 im figuring i already work long hours, so why not formalize it and take fridays off to focus on my own business and personal self. Super excited about this change

Yeah, if you can get forty hours in 4 days, do it. Use that fifth for OT.

Are you an employee or is this for your own business?

A lot depends on you, and if you could do a 10 hour day. I rejected it the last time I had a choice but that because with the part-time commute the days I had to come into the office would be more like 13 hours days.
