I am honored to work in my field

I work for an organization that serves individuals with developmental disabilities. I have been a part of this organization for the last 26 years. I haven learned so much from working with this population. The rewards have been incredible. I am truly grateful for being a part of their journey. Today I was moved to tears and I was just in awe of my client and what he can do. I met him for the first time today. He has severe Autism. He is non verbal but the words are in his soul . You see he can express all of his heart through the written word .He is brilliant with his words he has a blog that he created. He graduated from Biola university and he was at the top of his class. I am so grateful to be his service coordinator now. I watched his documentary today and I know in my soul why I do what I do. It’s an honor and a privilege to do my job.
You are a natural fit for your job. You are an extraordinary woman and it shows in all facets of your life and the clients that you serve are so blessed that you manage their cases.
I remember you telling me, I heard your excitement and honour in how valuable his brilliance was. You must love and every word you expressed said how profound you found.

I studied special ed too and regular teaching at the same time...and the last semester I had to get up and describe how I got from home to school and I couldn't say it, so I graduated with a Psych degree instead and spent the rest of my life homeless friendless and destitute and scorned by one and all.

no special school for me, maybe if I were still 12...

some losers are secret winners but unfortunately I wasn't one of them. And theres no one who doesnt sneer at me now for making my own failure.

So **** me I am begging the world. JUST DO IT. I cant say I wanna *** cause that's a big crime and it sure pays the rescuers...

LOL!!!!
